Pre-Flight Check

You must call us on 02 6285 4450 approximately
45 minutes before the meeting time advised by our booking office to check that the weather conditions are suitable for flying.

What to Wear

Wear comfortable clothing for an outdoor adventure, including sturdy footwear and pants. It's no colder in
the air than on the ground as you will be drifting with
the wind.

Meeting Time

We meet before dawn at Rydges Capital Hill Hotel on the corner of Canberra Avenue and National Circuit in Forrest, where you can enjoy a tea or coffee before the flight. Meeting time will be confirmed on booking.

Take-Off Site

The take-off site for the morning flight depends on the direction and speed of the upper winds. Your pilot will decide which is the best area to take off from.

Flight Time

Your flight will be approximately 45 mins to one hour but the experience will take three to four hours to complete from the time we meet to the time your adventure finishes at Rydges Capital Hill.

Celebration

We celebrate your adventure back at Rydges Capital Hill Hotel with a flight certificate presentation and Champagne. A Full buffet breakfast at Rydges Fig Tree Cafe is optional.
